Meet Lisa
Lisa Janloo is a mother, small business owner, community leader, and workforce development champion with more than a decade of experience serving Oklahoma’s families, workers, and communities. She is committed to strengthening communities, supporting workers, and promoting opportunities across the state.
Lisa’s experience and accomplishments include:
• Mother, dedicated to balancing family, business, and community service.
• Founded a homeschool program during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure children continued receiving quality education.
• Served as Vice President of the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, helping attract new businesses and revitalize Spencer’s downtown.
• Chaired the Spencer Parks Board, strengthening and improving community spaces for families and residents.
• Served as Board President of the STAAR Foundation, supporting second-chance programs.
• Dedicated workforce development advocate, assisting formerly incarcerated individuals in gaining skills, finding employment, and reentering the workforce.
• State Director for the L.U.C.A. Foundation (Latinos United for Conservative Action), collaborating with the Trump campaign to engage minority communities and encourage civic participation.
• Actively connected to Oklahoma’s workforce, schools, and local communities for over 10 years.
• Supported by numerous small businesses and elected officials for her leadership and results-driven approach.
• Active Republican and grassroots leader:

• Member of Young Republican Women’s group
• Participated in precinct meetings, state conventions, and Lions Den events supporting conservative candidates.
